Dresden Files: GASP
Born presumably somewhere in the german speaking parts of europe, Maximilian Kraus was found abandoned at what authorities believed to be the age of 10 in the city of Pittsburgh. Though he was able to tell his name, little else was gained from repeated sessions attempting to learn more about him, and the whereabouts of his parents. No record of Max, or anyone else coming in or out of Pittsburgh with the last name Kraus were found. After the investigation went nowhere he was eventually put in the care of the [[St. Jerome Residential Educational Facility]] for short term care in 1981.
In 1982, after about a year at the facility, he was determined to suffer from acute schizophrenia, and was transferred to Dixmont State Hospital, and then again transferred when it closed in 1984. Since then he has been transferred from institution to institution, as his condition seemingly waxed and waned and needs changed.
The last records indicate he somehow escaped his most recent home in late december 2012, and has been missing since.
Update: Maximilian, apparently demonically possessed, escaped capture December 2013, he is believed to have been responsible for the death of Richard Rykirk.
Update: Believed killed in January 2014.
